Core Drilling

Diamond Drilling is a vibration free relatively quiet method of drilling holes in reinforced and mass concrete, granite, stone and brick. The process can also be used for cast iron and steel plate of limited thickness.

Concrete Sawing

We have a comprehensive range of floor saws to suit all our customer needs. These include small and large diesel/petrol and electrically powered machines. The diesel/petrol driven machines allow for a cutting depth of up to 650mm.

Wall Sawing

The wall saw is a track mounted machine that uses diamond blades for cutting new door, window, mechanical, or other wall penetrations. The wall saw is also commonly used on any vertical wall, or bridge space, where the area is too small for large equipment access.

Asphalt Sawing

Cutting asphalt requires a unique blade that is different than one you would use to cut other surfaces such as concrete, marble, or granite. Because asphalt is softer, it requires a diamond blade with a hard bond. Other soft-bonded blades are not effective on asphalt pavement cutting.

Concrete Cutting

The Concrete saw is most commonly used to cut the concrete and the concrete is then lifted out by either a bobcat, excavator or alternative machines that are suitable for this exercise and the concrete is transported and disposed of to the appropriately designated recycling yard.

Ring Sawing

Hand held ring saws can be used to cut brick, block and stone. Ideal for use in restricted areas, the diamond tipped blade can easily tackle structures with built in reinforcement. Useful for shaping blocks or cutting small apertures, such as door and window openings.
